The Mission
LIFT (Living in Freedom & Truth) “Purpose Over Problems” Women’s Empowerment Conference will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Cambria Hotel in downtown Detroit, Michigan where women will be empowered to find their purpose, grow in their walk to overcoming barriers, and connect with a loving community. This conference is more than an event! It is an uplifting experience designed to accomplish the following mission:
· Empower women to embrace their full potential and purpose in every sphere of life—personal, professional, and spiritual.
· Equip women with practical tools, resources, and strategies for growth and resilience.
· Inspire authentic connection, collaboration, and community among all women.
· Cultivate confidence, purpose, and vision through powerful interactive sessions.
· Encourage women to rise above limitations and lead boldly in their lives, homes, workplaces, and communities.
The proceeds from this inaugural gathering will go to fund our NextUp Navigator Mentorship Program initiatives.
The NextUp Navigator Mentorship Program, established in 2023, partners with Golightly Educational Center and Palmer Park Preparatory Academy to support underserved and unhoused youth. Our mission is to collaborate with schools and the community to provide life skills, educational guidance, and emotional support. The goal is to foster a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow, thrive, and overcome life's challenges such as abandonment, abuse, and hopelessness.
This one day event will start with a scrumptious breakfast and networking followed by music, dynamic speakers and inspirational sessions. We are LIFT. And we rise!
